Infrared Yoga 


Infrared heat directly warms muscles and allows for a deeper stretch. It increases the processing enzyme activity in our digestive tract, which boost metabolism and helps with weight loss. The infrared lights have been known to also help with chronic fatigue, water retention, skin disorders, diminishing fine lines & wrinkles, as well as, expelling toxins, heavy metals and pollutants from the body. Detoxify your body while you get a more intense stretch!

What do you need?

  • Remove make-up.
  • Bring a sweat towel & a water bottle.
  • MUST bring a yoga mat.
  • Polercise sells & rents yoga mats & blocks.

Flexibility classes are intense stretching to get you into the splits. These classes also help you improve aerial skills & techniques.

Aerial Yoga & Aerial Stretching use  the hammock to stretch and work through yoga moves & poses.


What should you wear?

  • Leggings or tights.
  • Must have armpits covered (t-shirt or long sleeve shirt)
